We offer an individual property search based on your requirements, such as how much rent you want to pay, how many bedrooms you need, what sort of apartment you want and what amenities you need close by. For example, do you need to be near a bus, tram or train station? Is it walkable to your workplace? We have the local knowledge and detailed understanding of our property portfolio so you can be well matched to properties before viewing.

Manlets will then carry out accompanied viewings of the properties you are interested in.

On selection of a property we provide a speedy referencing service to enable tenants to move in quickly.

For managed properties we provide a repair service covering all day to day maintenance.

We believe our aftercare service to be unrivalled. Perhaps this why we have existing tenants who will wait to rent another property from us rather than move to a similar property being let by a different agent.
